When I became a mom, designing my son’s nursery changed the way I looked at interiors. The details of every product and material mattered. Yes, I wanted it to be cute and cozy - but it also had to be healthy for my baby. That experience made me realize that health & sustainability should be at the core of all designs - and this was the beginning of Alex Shield Design.
